Commercial Real Estate company located in San Ramon
Job Type: Full-time
Annual Salary $70,500.00
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle all transaction processing tasks for assigned associates as needed.
- Order initiation processing, file management, proprietary computer system management,
- Reports and administrative support as needed throughout the project. Projects generally are completed within 18-36 months from date of assignment, on average.
- Preparation of maps for projects using Google Maps, Google Earth and other platforms if needed.
- Run market data reports and keep research data collected compiled and updated .
- Assistance with marketing pieces such as presentations and brochures using PowerPoint and Adobe software.
- Assist management with administrative support and projects, including monthly reporting to client’s proposal submissions, contract editing and contract administration.
Handle front desk responsibilities, answering phones, accepting deliveries, ordering supplies, etc.
5 years supporting a team as their Administrative Assistant
Advanced Computer Skills in the following programs: -Microsoft Office 365 -Outlook -Word -Excel -PowerPoint -Publisher -Adobe Acrobat XI Standard -Google Platform (Maps, Meets, Gmail, Drive)
Strong written and communication skills
Proofreading, editing, and formatting a variety of documents.
Other Required Skills:
- Commercial Real Estate background a plus
- Detail Oriented, self-motivated, independent thinker, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with minimum supervision Positive can do attitude and team player in a small office environment
Must be vaccinated in order to work in the office a few days per week.
